During these dates, goods normally subject to the standard 12.5% GST will be exempt, with some exclusions such as fuel, alcohol, cigarettes, firearms, and vehicles. Businesses and consumers alike are encouraged to review the applicable guidelines, verify transactions, and stay up to date with official notices to ensure proper implementation and compliance during the tax-free periods.
