This regulation specifies that every person arriving into Belize shall fill out and sign a disembarkation card in the form set out in the Schedule.

Corresponding the Customs (Declaration form and Green Line Notice) (Amendment) Regulations 2019, the Immigration (Disembarkation Card) Regulations 2019 states that the Disembarkation Card may be attached to the “Customs Forms C 200”.

In similar fashion to the aforementioned Customs amendment, the Disembarkation Card shall be set out in English, Spanish or any other language the Director of Border Management and Immigration Services may determine.
